    Thanks for the Insight and Experience Steve.
    Question: Regarding following up on Buyer Leads from your Web Site, how often and long do you try and call back?
    Do you have a problem with Bad Phone Numbers on Buyer Leads from your Web Site?
    If you don’t pass off a Buyer to a Mortgage Person to verify they are Qualified, do you have a Problem in setting Appointments with too many Un-Qualified Buyer Prospects?

    hi Star.

    Training, training, training. and NEVER assume you are done with training. Learn ONLY from the top 5% agents. That is if you want to be in the top 5%.

    Call real estate offices, ask for their top agents, and then call the agent and take them to lunch.
