I am impressed!!! I NEED your services. But how do I make this happen legally? Do I need them to sign a form? What does the form say? Does it come from my Broker? Or from me. What are the legal terms so I don’t get into trouble.
I am a HARD worker, and I’m contining to lose listings because I can’t sell them. They sit on the market for 100 days, and the sellers get upset with me and lower the price, and within a week fire me to go with someone else, and the ner person sells the house. Very frusting!!

I think We will need to tape a segment on Buyers brokerage and what the form needs to say and also the form I have for advertising when I list a property.

Early in my career I had a hot line system. I shut my call capture off, I had too many clients tell me they respected me because I had not hounded them like 2 of my competitors did with called ID follow up calls. Since both of them are no longer in the business, I can safely say I made the right decision. Clients want a hassle free toll free number to browse, once you intrude on that trust the gossip mill spins fast. In my opinion use it for a listing tool as I give buyers all the information they want on any of my listings and I will never bother them with intrusive phone calls to there home when they are enjoying there family!
